A price review update from Sally

I hope this message finds you and your family well. Like many of us, I was a little surprised by some of the changes announced in the budget back in October. It's natural to focus on what directly affects us and our loved ones. For me, running a small business, a couple of things stood out as being out of our control but that will have a significant impact on Mosaic.

National Insurance changes and the increase in the National Minimum Wage, both of which take effect from April 2025, have placed an increased burden on us which, we unfortunately just can't absorb.

Given these changes, along with other cost increases, I wanted to give you a heads-up that we will need to adjust our prices again. Our last price review was in May 2024, and as you know, the cost of nearly everything has risen since then.

We strive to keep price increases to a minimum. The new prices will take effect from 1st April and can now be viewed on our website.

Despite these changes, I truly hope we will continue to enjoy your visits to our salon. Your ongoing support means the world to us, and we are immensely grateful for it.
