England's Business Award Winners!

We were judged on three different criteria; first a mystery shopper came to the salon to experience our customer service, presentation of the team and the overall salon environment. Secondly, Sally had an interview with the founder of the awards to find out more about Mosaic and how the business works, and the final criteria was our client feedback.

We were invited to attend an award ceremony in Cambridge where the 200 nominated businesses had been whittled down to the top 40!

(To get to this stage you needed to have done something right!)

During the award ceremony they announced the winners from each category covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge, Bedfordshire and finally for Hertfordshire. When Mosaic was announced as the “Best Hair Salon In Hertfordshire” we screamed the house down with excitement!

So, what happens now? Well, Mosaic is going national! 

We are now through to the “Best Salon In The East Of England Award” which is massive. On Sunday 13th November 2022 eight of the team  will be heading up to Birmingham for another award ceremony.
