Mosaic Hair Studio Team Day

It set the scene for our team day away from the salon, which, started with Sally giving a business presentation reflecting on 2016 and discussed our focus and plans for 2017.

Of course, no team day is complete without some fun. We created salons in the style of well know brands such as Ikea and Virgin to name but a few, which, brought lot's of laughter to the day. After, we went for a long walk through the Chipperfield countryside, allowing us to bond whilst wearing our winter woollies and welly boots. Following our six-mile trek, we refuelled ourselves by making pizzas and cooking them in the outside oven for our lunch. Delicious.

And, if that wasn’t enough, we were then off to the woods for the afternoon to make Dinosaurs out of whatever we could find, logs, twigs and leaves! Our fierce prehistoric monsters looked on as we warmed up around the fire, toasting marshmallows. We finished in a barn with a roundup presentation to reward Leona on her fabulous mystery shopper feedback report with champagne and cake.
