Keeping Our Customers Up-To-Date

As so many of our customers are using social media every day, we have taken the plunge and now have a Facebook page. We will be posting lots of pictures of the hair styles and hair colours which are on trend as we go through the year.

We will also be sharing all sorts of news. For example, every year Mosaic selects a charity which it supports with regular fund-raising events, we have regular training sessions which involve all the members of the team and then there are our social events. Improving our customer service with Salon Snippets

Our other 2015 initiative for improving our customer service, is the launch of Salon Snippets, a regular email which will keep all our customers informed about special offers, new products as well as inspirations for new hair styles and colour.
